By installing or using Skyvora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Skyvora is free. There is no charge, no subscription and no paid tier. Because it is provided free of charge, it is offered as-is and without any guarantee of availability.
1. The service
Skyvora provides an encrypted VPN connection through servers we operate. No account is required. We may add, move, or remove servers at any time, and we may change or discontinue the service without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Skyvora to:
- Break any law that applies to you
- Send spam, or run bulk or automated messaging
- Attack, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
- Distribute malware
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten or harm others
- Run peer-to-peer or BitTorrent traffic — this is blocked on our servers
- Resell the service, or place unreasonable load on it in a way that degrades it for other users
We may block traffic or restrict access where it is necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
3. Your responsibility
A VPN changes how your traffic is routed. It does not make you anonymous, and it does not make unlawful activity lawful. You remain responsible for what you do while connected, and for complying with the laws of your country — including any local rules about the use of VPNs.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular server, speed or website will be reachable.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including lost data, lost profits, or interrupted access. Since the service is provided free of charge, no refund or monetary remedy is available.
6. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Third-party software
The Skyvora app is built on the open-source sing-box core, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. The corresponding source is available on request at [email protected].
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
